How long have you been a photographer?
I have always loved anything artistic and creative from a very young age but I began studying photography at A-Level in 2012. I have years of experience photographing weddings, babies and families.
How do we book and what is the process?
If you would like to secure me as your photographer then drop me a message on the contact page to check I have your date available. If so, I will arrange a pre-wedding consultation. This gives us a chance to get to know one another. We will arrange the engagement shoot (if your chosen package includes this). We will also run through the plans for your big day, and decide some of the finer details to make sure you're happy and confident
How and when will we get the photos?
You should expect to receive your photos approximately 4 weeks after the wedding date. You will receive your images in a password protected client gallery via my website. The files will be fully edited, high resolution jpegs for you to use, print and distribute to your heart's content. You'll also receive a selection of beautifully boxed prints, included with every package. If you would like additional prints, you can order these through your online gallery. Anyone you choose to share the gallery with is also able to order prints. All printing is done in house in my own lab, so you know you're getting the best quality.
Are you willing to travel?
I am more than happy photographing away from my local area but added fees will apply. I travel up to 35 miles from the S81 postcode at no extra cost but 40p per mile is charged additionally. If the wedding is more than 1.5 hours distance I ask that accommodation is provided for the night prior to the wedding to ensure that I am ready and raring to go for the morning of your wedding. If the wedding is not in the U.K. then I ask that travel and accommodation costs are covered.
What if you fall ill and can't attend?
Whilst this has never happened, remember I'm just as likely to fall ill on the day as you are, along with your make-up artist or registrar! If the worst does happen and I can't attend, I will check in with my photographer contacts to see who may be available. If I can't attend the wedding, you will receive a full refund along with a 75% discount on a honeymoon shoot.
What is your cancellation policy?
I always take a non-refundable deposit, but more detail about my cancellation policy is provided when you sign your photography agreement. If you ever have any concerns, please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to help.
